I had a case involving Chuckles. He neglected to tell his client that I had offered $7000 on a $9000 claim. Guess what? The judge gave them nothing!
Had Chuckle's client hired anyone other than Chuckles, they would have $7000 in their pockets now. Instead -they got ZERO.

This guy is nothing but a scumbag, and the people that work for him are bandits. They call people on their hospital bed, and threaten them and their children. There are several police and government complaints against them.... if you hear from them call their Governing Body at 416-326-8800.

If a dude just called you over the phone and demanded money, would you give over the money?

You need proof, on paper and in writing of what you owe, or what they state you owe.

Everything else is just a scare tactic.

Has anyone dealt with Cara at Cdn. Debt Recovery?...she's been quite rude...and the newest thing is I recently had a family member volunteer to pay off my debts for me. The only thing is he wanted something in writing. So, i called Cara @ CDR to request a letter froom CDR with the dollar amount owing.

Instead what i just received was a letter from Natale Law Office saying a lawsuit will be opened against me...this has me very nervous...has this happened to anyone?

I never said I wasn't a debtor. I was. It was with MJR -- for Canadian Tire. That's why I know so much about them. Plus, I never denied that ever. That's how I found this website.

ha Jamie, I used to be a debtor when I was a student but not anymore. I'm here to help people which are going through the same situation as I did before. That is the power of education you know. Education I say again. Oh and I am soooo sure you are not a debtor here.
