"This is a msg for {Name Removed}. We have been leaving him numerous msg's regarding this matter; We will be contacting YOUR place of employment to discuss a possible garnishment of wages regarding this matter ... I'm expecting a return call to discuss this matter. {Number but No Name} ... "

I'm not sure if this guy is new to the Collection Agency scene, from what I've learned and read throughout these forums, as well as Gov't websites, it would appear that this lad is fresh meat and looking to get himself slaughtered.

First, he started off by leaving a generic message, then switched the VM up so that he was addressing me with his specific threats - which clearly indicate what the call is regarding.

Will I do anything about this? Not yet, but I do log and sometimes record voice messages from CA's (I let the Auto-Dialer's slide). If need be, actions will be taken. Right now it's evident by this lad's message that he's desparate for some live communication with me; but he's going to have to work harder then that to get me to play.

Chris, you turnip brain...

Apparently you lack the attention span to review the full thread before posting - go figure, just another sign that you're a grade 3 drop-out! But try and listen up fool.. Sooner then later, you and the other telephone terrorists are going to have the privilege of listening to hard core death metal as soon as I answer the phone. Most of the agencies numbers are already logged. So when I determine that it’s time to invoke little retribution for your services, be ready to start learning about blasting headsets 101.

Hope you have a great health benefits package, because I see several eardrums popping over the course of this exercise. This might even wind up turning into YouTube material. Or better yet, this might just start a new trend?!! LOL!

Cheers,

You mean "farts in a spacesuit," don't you.

Thanks for the "Volkischer Beobachter" PR boilerplate, "Coffeechris" but Budd Hibbs considers 80% of collectors to be lying, thieving, bottom feeders. He says many are "one crotch size away from an orange jumpsuit". As for me, I think Hibbs' estimate is out by 20%.

Some of the financial Nazi's henchmen/enforcers/collectors/ may appear slightly "human" from time to time but only in the sense that some SS prison guards in Germany appeared to be relatively humane in comparison with some of their more barbaric peers. Nonetheless, they were all Nazis.

I think collectors are very useful, but only as speed bumps in parking lots.

I've only even encountered one individual in the past who wasn't a jackass in your petty little industry. I stand by my generalization.

And I am VERY familar with the laws that govern agencies, particularly in my own Province. It seems to me that many collection agents either are not familar or simply don't give a damn about it, based upon a large percentage of experiences that have been shared around the Internet.

Your sig line says it all my friend. I stand by my inital impression of yourself, your fellow agents and your industry as a whole.

You are obviously not familar with the laws that govern agencies. Note that there are some individuals that get off on yelling and screaming on the phone. Homer Simpson said it the best "I feel better by making other people feel worse" My job does not involve dehumanizing people but once again there is a small percentage of people that do and thus we end up classified as collection agencies, bad people......just like in many industries the small percentage of unjust people end up representing the larger group.

What jealousy? My job doesn't involve dehumanizing people in tight financial situations and treating them like criminals.
