I don't think what your saying makes sense. The telephone number doesn't work and it's legit. Anyone can register a domain name and put up a site these days and that won’t make them legit. If you look over their site, there are many red flags.

I do not see any toll free telephone numbers or company location information on the site. I would be a little suspicious of giving my personal information to this company online.
