i wrote a letter and lodged a complaint against Paul Kupferstein( wanna call him Frankenstein) with the upper law society of Canada and that was sent out today,i have also contacted others and awaiting return calls.

yes the police were involved back in 2004 but like i said i thought this went away i didnt expect it to show up 6 years later, so the only other option i had was to look at the statute of limitations on the law to see if i was safe....and i am...i was even before that because i didnt commit any crime like they claimed when they called me telling me i was stupid,didnt know how to read,claimed they contacted me a year ago,but did not.and said i was being charged with fraud,but never really heard anything about the complaint i lodged with the police.

Did you get the police involved because you had fraud committed against you?

no i dont owe the debt if you read my original post somebody went in with my stubs and got money on my stubs therefore i flipped out at the office because how can some dummy let something like that by?????? so now they want me to pay on a debt that was 6 years ago and not even my debt.i did not borrow the money somebody else did with my income............read it properly

Do you owe the debt? If so; why not trying to settle the debt instead of worry about the statute of limitation?

i spoke with a lawyer today and she said 2 year limitation and even if i acknowledged the debt they tack on another 2 years......which brings me to four years.......it has been 6 years now 2004 to 2010.....6 years.
