wow! we have a website now for raw food diet.. it would be so interesting sharing my experience on the site and be able also to know other people's experience.

i didn't expect that an interactive site is created where people can post some message and as well give comments or advices. you can also see some stuffs that are helpful to prepare your food. for example are the juicers that are essential and user friendly for anyone that would use.

i had green mango shake today and i tasted the sweet and sour flavors which is so delicious. i have around a liter of it just drinking it while im watching tv and reading some magazines. i never felt that green mangoes can be a good fruit for making a shake.

i think i will try other fruits as my ingredient in making shakes. i am into these diet now. i didn't eat any meat today and i feel so light and full of energy. im getting the hang of this kind of diet.

hi jean,

if ever you get to start the diet regimen, please share some thoughts on the things that push you to start with it. my only problem is the taste of the raw food.

earlier today, i tried some avocados and made it into a shake but i added some milk. i know adding milk is not right because milk contains fats but this is just for a start. tomorrow, im planning to try some green mangoes.

however, with utilizing some veggies, i dont think i can handle it. maybe soon i will be able to do it.

Hey there Monty, Jonathan and Chutters.

This diet has been one of the newest diet regimen that I have heard recently. I, for one, would definitely want to "release" all the excess weight that I have. However, I find it very difficult to start on something and be able to sustain it. I guess it would take a lot of hard work and determination to be able to see the results.

Good job Monty for being able to set us a good example.:) Maybe soon, I can get myself to start with this diet!

hi..

im figuring out how to start a raw food diet but it seems that my tastebuds hate the raw taste.. i don't know how you manage to eat such kind of food preparation after eating cooked food since you were born.

any advice you can share that would be effective. i know in the beginning it is very difficult but once i will get use to with such kind of diet, the taste won't matter anymore.

indeed... raw foods is really counterintuitive...
but think about it... raw foods is all natural, no preservatives, you keep the minerals and enzymes in tact...

Over the last many thousands of years... people have been trying to figure out ways to not eat raw foods...

I've lost 30 lbs in the last six weeks, eating only raw foods... I can't imagine the weight coming back on if I continue to eat raw foods...

Raw foods is all about high nutrition/low calories if you're doing weight loss.. Once you get down to your goal weight, then you eat as much raw foods as you need to maintain your weight....

I'm seeing much better success with raw foods than with anything else I've tried... again, this is because I'm flooding my system with nutrients and water... my body has enough nutrients and calories to do what it needs to.

I completed 30 days on my raw food diet, and now am on day #9 of my raw food juice feast... this is where I am drinking juice for 30 days...

the idea is to lose weight, let my body heal...

There are so many similarities between juice feasting and paying down debt. Your body being overweight is similar to being overweight debt wise...

It takes alot of work, effort and concentration to lose body weight... and it takes the same kind of work effort and concentration to lose the debt weight...

It's an interesting contrast.
