Honestly, I can't say for sure cause I don't know what or how much is on your credit report... how many mixes of credit and for how long... but expect more like 30... although 50 WOULD be a nice bonus!

30 to 50 reports is reasonable if everything else is being paid on time. The FICO score works much the same way on either side of the border.

I should expect an answer she said within a months time. I certainly will keep you posted as to what happens. The proof I sent in what an old 2004 equifax statement listing the original creditor on there with the correct date of last activity.

The person I spoke with at Equifax made it VERY clear that information reported must be accurate and that if there is an error it will be fixed.
Now with that said..

What is proof? Will my old report be enough?

Apparently through their investigation they would contact CRS who needs to verify and confirm that the date they stated was the actual date of last activity on this account. So is the burden of proof on CRS? who knows.
Either way, if it comes off this month as a result of this investigation or it purges off in May 08 it will be a good learning experience I can share with anyone else who may be in the same situation.
As soon as it comes off I am going to report what kind of hike I receive on my FICO score. I'm more interested in that than anything.

BTW, Gillian... on the investigation... by now they've seen my lawsuit for the exact same thing... :D

They may be willing take many investigations more seriously and, finally, ask for proof.

Is that actually a DVD cover you modified? If so, what's the actual title of the DVD? (sorry... off topic, but that looks like it has potential to be a great B movie flick you pulled that off of... and I love my B-flicks ) :D
