yep, credit cards can either be a blessing or a curse.. if you give in to the urges of splurging, keeping up with the payments is going to be extremely hard. but it could also be your best buddy if used wisely... basically my rule of thumb is, just 'spending' what i can afford... by the way, the links are great, definitely shows how credit cards prove to be a useful tool.

Yeah, today it is very hard to manage our financial life with credit cards.But without them it is also impossible to live. I mean really to live, not to survive. We like or not nowadays it is the reality of our life.

So we need just to choose only the most inexpensive ones with no annual fees as well as low rates.

I know what you mean... I tried for the longest time to NOT get credit cards.
Eventually I had to break down for business purposes. When building a business, you need credit and as well a credit rating. I'm still against having them. To me credit cards are a necessary evil.
