Get your facts straight. Mechanic storage liens act supercedes all liens.
If you read through the wheatley transcripts you would know who owns the vehicle.

Secondly, Harrison pensa already attempted to call me vexatious and attempted to have the case thrown out. Based on his motion, The judge already told him Rule 12 does not apply. I will be posting those transcripts soon.

Barrie ford lawyer said that the Barrie ford witnesses were afraid to come to court. The judge told her to hire security. All motions have been exhausted. We are going to trial. We have 3 motions between us all, to be heard by the trial Judge. This is how trial will begin.

They even attempted to claim res judicata, of which I replied, No it's not. I have new evidence, and I am suing as a plaintiff based on this new evidence. They have already attempted all their pleas for Estoppel. Now it's my turn.

According to Hilda Litkee - Supervisor of court operations:
Court staff have set new trial dates for the hearing of this matter for November 13, 14 and 15, 2013, with a 10:00 a.m. start. Justice Salmers has directed that all parties are to attend on the dates for trial that have been set by court staff. Copies of the Notices of Trial for these dates have been sent to all parties.

If anything it would have been foolish to sign the settlement. Read it man ! It's a setup for failure, and it's one sided. I don't care about Barrie ford. I'm not suing Barrie Ford. My wife is.

I'm not spamming. I asked a question to the general public. Not you. I already know your thoughts. I would like to hear from the general public.

As I asked before: Has anyone had a car loan with VFC in the past ?
I would love to hear from everyone, good or bad. What was your experience with this company ? ( I'm sure everyone here knows by now, TD Auto Finance is now the new company name )

And again as I said:
There are more then enough options, categories, and topics to choose from. If you don't like my topic, then pick another. But please, stop with the spam reports and go find another dish...

And just remember, One speaks the truth, and the other is a lion........

How could someone else own the car? You can't transfer title while there's a lien on the car; and TD lawyers say it was not repossessed.

The only 2 people this side of the Milky Way that would go on about that stupid car and Kole Hicks and Ted Hamelin is you and Amanda. But I'm sure the only reason she does is because you've brow beaten her into it. Just like you try to do with everyone on this forum which you use for a personal soap box to spread your vendetta. Too bad: all you had to do was nothing; that is: keep your mouth shut. If you keep your mouth shut: end of problems. When you open your mouth: start of problems.

Anyhow, I'm sure they'll get some sort of restraining order, or TD will make a motion that the case be dismissed because you're wasting the court's time with frivolous and vexatious actions. The judge, once he sees the minutes of settlement offer you foolishly rejected, will realize your only purpose is to make a mockery of the court system and will act accordingly. Too bad you squandered a golden opportunity because you'll just end up with a bigger judgment than you had before

Meanwhile, you've slyly tried to ingratiate yourself back on the forum so you can use it to daily spam your message about Barrie Ford's incarnate evil until your pointless court date.

A settlement that I won't so easily breach, ( I have no control of other people's actions) and an apology for wasting my time for 2 years, when they were fully aware I had a valid argument. In exchange, I won't pursue a class action suit after small claims, and move on with my life.

After all, I am a laymen. Make the Settlement and release plain and simple.
If they want to throw a little Latin in the mix, May I suggest: Void ab initio

By the way. I don't own the car, someone else does.

As for the dealership. That's a different story. My wife has an issue with them.
They need to indemnify her and the bank for all the aggravation caused through this whole ordeal.

They are forgiving $20,000 and marking it as settled. And you kept the car. What else could they possibly offer you?

The deal was offered to get rid of you. But it couldn't be a 1-way street; you had to concede something too.

No, I do not give up when I know I'm right.

If you are calling TD's offer generous, then you must not be reading it properly. Think about it, The settlement offer states: "Any family members, acquaintances, agents are prohibited from publishing, printing or posting electronically".

How do I have control of other peoples actions ? Technically you are an acquaintance.

ac·quain·tance
noun : someone who is known but who is not a close friend
Examples of ACQUAINTANCE: She struck up an acquaintance with a man from the city.

Monty loree is an acquaintance, Ted Hamelin is an acquaintance. Boxerbob, ottawachap, justice4 etc.

This is only one example. If they truly want to settle, they would not create such a trap to ensure a default on my part.
I always have been willing to settle, but not under these terms: http://cottagerelief.com/images/Minutes.pdf

Just so we are clear on an unspoken subject that has been plaguing this forum for quite sometime now:

Spamming is the use of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), especially advertising, indiscriminately. While the most widely recognized form of spam is e-mail spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media: instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine spam, spam in blogs, wiki spam, online classified ads spam, mobile phone messaging spam, Internet forum spam, junk fax transmissions, social networking spam, social spam, television advertising and file sharing spam. It is named for Spam, a luncheon meat, by way of a Monty Python sketch in which Spam is included in almost every dish.

I am not sending unsolicited bulk messages
I am not advertising

My postings are in context with the subject. Please stop with your uncalled for spam reports. There are more then enough options, categories,
and topics to choose from. If you don't like my topic, then pick another.
But please, stop with the spam reports and go find another dish...
