If it is 5 yrs old it is uncollectable using the courts.
All they can do is hound you and try to intimidate you into paying.
Have no further contact at all....unless you receive a valid Statement of Claim stamped by the courts.
Totally ignore them....just hang up and answer no letters.
They will eventually move on to an easier mark....as there is no commission in hang up calls.
Thats what these low lifes do...harrass.....don't lose any sleep there is nothing they can do.

ARO at it again

Postby sami-j-ontario » Mon Nov 12, 2012 03:10:39 PM

Hi
I have been contacted by aro regarding an old debt that I apparently owe. when they contacted me two weeks ago I gave them my lawyers name and phone number and asked them to contact him.

They contacted me again today and refuse to contact my lawyer. So where do I go from here? I have no account number they have been unable to provide dates of this "unauthorized" transaction. And refuse to contact my lawyer. So where do I go from here?

Thanks In Advance for the Help
