I can only assume with such a high interest rate, you had less then perfect credit ? Also curious, who was the dealership that sold you the car ?

Purchases a 2011 vehicle one year ago @ 19%...plan was to trade it after not missing any pmts for one year.... qualify now for 2012 vehicle @ 10 %. Payments up $40.... HELP!
