I pay my corporate taxes and income tax separately each year, so I recommend consulting with your accountant (or enlisting the help of a certified one) to make it all go as smoothly as possible. I'm not entirely sure as to whether they both go to the receiver-general or not.

If your corporation is a resident of Alberta, here is where you file your tax returns.

Attach a cheque to your Federal Corporate Income Tax Return and mail both to:

Winnipeg Tax Centre
66 Stopon Road
Winnipeg, MB R3C 3M2

Attach a cheque to your Alberta Corporate Income Tax Return and mail both to:

Tax and Revenue Administration
Alberta Finance and Enterprise
9811 - 109 Street
Edmonton, AB T5K 2L5

It is quite difficult to get the exact answer for this. Do you know I'm looking for the same answer from last few month, but I didn't get the proper and satisfactory answer.

For tax payments owing on the Federal Corporate Tax Return, make your cheque payable to the "Receiver General for Canada".

For tax payments owing on the Alberta Corporate Tax Return, make your cheque payable to the "Minister of Finance and Enterprise".

For more information regarding the filing of an Alberta Corporate Tax Return, see "tra.revenue@gov.ab.ca". Information Circular CT-2R4 also discusses the exemption requirements from filing an Alberta Corporate Tax Return. You can obtain all this information from the above website.
