Another option:

Go here and D/L my Cease and Desist template. Modify it to your situation, then fax it over to their office and save the Transmission Confirmation sheet in case you need it in the future.

2. They can still mail you if you don't request they take you to court, but who cares about mail just rip it up.
1. You got it if youre specific and make that request
4. I,d register it, that way you get a signature and they cannot deny receiving

I have a few question about this as the collection agency after me is calling me non stop and its really stressful for me and my family. Am at a point where i want to send them one of these letters ive been reading about.

1. They will stop calling my house phone even if i have no other means of reaching me over the phone?
2. not a big deal but they will send mail still correct?
3. is there an outline of one that is Ontario/Canadian relevant because i do not know how to write one someone can point me into the right direction?
How do i send it fax or certified mail, how do i keep confirmation they got it if i fax from lets say a convenient store?

I appreciate any feedback!
