Visit the following website for information on obtaining a copy of a judgment

I am not aware of any judgments issued by a judge in the Small Claims Court in Ontario are published in either a central database or by a legal publishing service.
If you are curious to know if a default judgment has been registered against you, I would suggest that you visit the Small Claims Court Office which serves the municipality or area in which you reside. The clerk will search the records to determine if a judgment has been registered. If a judgment has been registered, you can obtain a copy of the judgment. A photocopy fee will be charged. If no judgment has been registered against you, the clerk will inform you that the court has not issued a judgment against you.
