I would obtain your credit report and see exactly what the status is of the account that you had with Wells Fargo. Then you can make a call on what to do.

no payments it was suppose to be repo'd and nothing we're not sure what is going on. like i said, we tried calling the company and no reply??????????? we get a call maybe once a year from a collections but thats it,everything i've read online and any where else says different it's really confusing

We had financed 2 vehicles at the same time with different lenders, with one of the companies they offered an extended warranty that if "anything happened to our vehicle it would be fixed or replaced" now the vehicle seized we fought with the company to honour our loan agreement but to no avail then we find out this company is no longer in Canada (rumour said they were forced out of Canada) and put a repo on our vehicle when we stopped payments? and know one came and get it- not sure what to do its been 2.5 years now. told them where we live.......nothing any idea on what to do?
