Can anyone discuss if they have dealt with this company and successfully negotiated a settlement and removal of R9 from a credit report afterwards?

Has anybody else been harassed by this company? They have been calling my landlord and I am afraid that I will get evicted because he is feeling harassed. In addition, when I called them to ask them to stop this, they told me that they would call anyone they wanted to until I talked to them.

So I told them that I would like their license number at which time I was given a false number and the names of the persons who had been calling me (all of them) were not on the list of registered debt collectors.

When I called Consumer Protection BC about this discrepancy, I was told to just deal with my creditors.

I am really struggling to keep my head above water. I am off work on disability and does this company really think that pushing me out on the streets is going to get them any money?
I also have lovely stories about CBV, ARC and GE Money.... let's just say that I seem to get the worst of the worst.
