I am an Ontario Mortgage Agent and I agree 100% with Doug's comments. Talk to Resmor, explain your situation to them, odds are with good payment history they will probably let you renew.

You should talk to Resmor. Do they know about the bankruptcy and proposal? If you are good clients they may renew. If you try to get financing elsewhere these will be issues. Usually a lender will renew you if you have a good payment record. Again, talk to Remor.

Will we lose our house?

My husband is in proposal and I'm in bankruptcy. Our mortgage is up for renewal and I probably won't be be discharged. We have never missed a payment, or been late to pay. We have 2 mortgages, both with Resmor Trust. What are our chances of keeping our house? We may not have much equity in it, since we bought high and now the recession is kicking the market's butt. We've been in it for five years though.

So what do you think our chances are....
