You really need to ask that question?? c'mon now, Its not like we're talking about someone here with a high IQ let alone a self-admitted highschool dropout. Definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Afterall, here's a guy who tried to exonerate his financial delinquencies by trying to denounce the policy and protocol of the credit procedures between retail and financier.

If he was trying to hide his digital foot print as you say....then why is his Cottagerelief site still up.

Still say he was advised to take down all the derogatory stuff.

Are you guys kidding me? Wormboy is doing exactly what he said he was going to do in his first case. He can't pay, he won't pay and he'll go hide in a wormhole forever.

That's is exactly what he's doing now. Trying to wipeout his digital footprint so that he can't be tracked or found.

Collection agencies and skip tracer services will be on his heels from now till forever.
the court ruling against him is a judgement and all VFC/TDFS has to do is file garnishment documents with the DOJ and have them proceed with proper legal procedures.

I still waiting for wormboy to file suit against GM for killing the Pontiac nameplate. That was the biggest reason that car took such a nosedive in its appraisal value.

I
I think it is very very unlikely he did this because he settled and it was a term of settlement.

Gotta be one bloody expensive car by now!! Part of me wishes I had taken the day and ventured out so that I could see the final show. Oh well, my gut says he'll tell the results of Part 2 after the bruises have a chance to heal.
Infuriating one C/A at a time..

He was probably warned by judge that all the crap he was posting could open him up to another lawsuit for Libel.
Or perhaps TD gave him one more chance to remove all or they would sue.

I think it is very very unlikely he did this because he settled and it was a term of settlement.

He had that chance and foolishly refused.

That wouldn't explain why his website has gone.

He may have reached a settlement and removal of the web trail may have been a feature of that settlement.

I would be interested in seeing the judgment. Does Ontario have a system like that in BC for searching provincial court records ?

I bet it was settled before the judge rendered judgment.

You really think if he had won he would not have come here with every scanned document he could and yell from the roof tops how he had defeated the lion.

Sure you are not hangin around with Ford.
