What's the approximate value of the car? If it's a reasonable portion of the $28K still owing, there's a good chance they'll opt to repo it. That being said, they can still come after you for the difference between what they sell the car for and what they get from the sale of the vehicle. So what you could do is let them repo it and then try to settle the balance remaining. With the vehicle having been repo'd you'll be able to get a pretty significant reduction via settlement at least...

You live in a SEIZE or SUE province. Unfortuantely it is fully in their right to choose whether or not they want the vehicle or to come after you for the cost of the loan. This was outlined in the contract that you signed.

I am being sued by this compnay that didn't want to take the vehicle back because they would of lo0st alot of money. They said they would and I accepted it.
They decided to turn that down and sue me for the money anyway. This company needs to be shut down.
Because of this I may have to file bankruptcy, these idiots I know have hurt alot of people and I need proof that I am not the only one that has been sued by them. If there are anyone that is going throught the same thing with them, can you let me know.

Tell me what they did to you, the promises, if any that they made.
