I had a cell phone with Virgin Mobile and ended up cancelling with them because they wouldn't give me a phone upgrade. I ended up going with Telus. I was making payments to my Virgin account and then received an e-mail from Virgin stating that my account was at a 0$ balance. That was in January of 2010.
I have been getting letters and calls from iqor saying that I owe them close to $400.00, which is the FULL Virgin Bill. I let the guy that called know that I made payments and had an e-mail from Virgin saying that my balance was at $0 in January. He told me that I was LYING and I owed ALL of the money. Lucky for me I saved the e-mail AND had made online payments through my bank account, which shows that I DID actually in fact make the payments. I faxed over all the information I had, and he stopped calling me.
That was about a month ago, and now I am having some girl that works for Iqor call me. 2 weeks ago a girl called me and right away I was snappy, and she apologized and told me that my account was settled. I have been waiting for some letter or anything saying that it was dealt with. The past week or 2 I have been getting 1-877 calls to my house at like 7 in the morning.. I have been ignoring them, and this morning finally answered. The girl on the phone was from Iqor. Saying that I owed close to $400. I clearly had an attitude with her, and informed her that I made payments and faxed in ALL my information, and also told her that 2 weeks ago a girl told me it was settled. She got lippy on the phone and said she would talk to her supervisor. I told her that I want her supervisor to call me. Then she hung up on me.
I have been getting HARASSED for months on end for something I have paid.. This company is RIDICULOUS and should get their facts straight before harassing people. NOW.. I will be getting a hold of someone at this ridiculous company and I will be getting a hold of someone at Virgin Mobile. This has been affecting my credit for 8 months.
