I am done.

I doubt it.

I will point out that you haven't addressed any one of my arguments about the definitions of 106 of BPCPA. You must work in, or own, a business that could be construed as being a "reporting agent" by the definition as it is laid down in the BPCPA.

Abe,

I won't respond to you on this issue anymore until you get a legal opinion from BC Consumer Protection or a consumer lawyer.

Why would I look for an opinion ? I have won my argument in court. The opinions of both BC Consumer Protection and consumer lawyers in general are just that, "opinions". Opinions are worthless when the matter has been adjudged in court. The presiding judge was a Regional Administrative Judge (of which there are six in BC ) so not a rookie.

At least, I'm not leading them into perpetual bankruptcy and debt avoidance like you are. I rest my case.

I dunno know about other areas of life but you definitely will get an F in any law class with an arrogant attitude that's incapable of self doubt.

But of course guys like you are convinced that they don't need to, and as a result are unable to rise above their own level of ignorance.

Yes, I am a self admitted ignoramus, the judge felt sorry for me and rendered judgment in my favour on that posit. He awarded a four figure sum from my opponents to make up for my obvious incapacity. The other side felt sorry for me and didn't bother appealing it. I have, hence, been compensated for my deficiencies rather than my case.

Does that make you feel better ?

I am sure I will get an F, or lower, in anything I do in life.

Forget about me and take a law course. But of course guys like you are convinced that they don't need to, and as a result are unable to rise above their own level of ignorance. Because they are too proud to take instruction or correction from anyone.

I am trying to help consumers. For example, if Steve Hoddinott had listened to me, he would have saved $25,000.... and counting. If collection lawyer Deanna Natale had listened to me too, she might still be hounding debtors instead of being forced to retire from the field. (Well, she definitely listened, but chose not to comply.)

I won't respond to you on this issue anymore until you get a legal opinion from BC Consumer Protection or a consumer lawyer. Otherwise, it will continue to degenerate into a self-willed farce.
