it doesnt add up to end a call before u say a word to me other then my name

because we have call display at work and when I say hello the person says my name and then the call disconnected and when I look at the call display that stupid number shows up and also when someone else answers the phone they ask for me after about a 30 sec delay which I think is what happens when u use auto dial I make it to the phone the call is disconnected which is weird I mean at least talk to me and let me say look where is my letter of settlement i asked for

NEW thing cash store and insta loan is doing they are calling me at work on what we think is an auto dialer when I told then not to call me at work as I cant get personal calls at work when I come on the line and say hello I get a click and then the line goes dead could this be there way of making sure I am working at the place listed as my employer so they know where to send court papers And I have still seen no letter from them as to how they came up with the money I owe them
