I sent the letter below April 20th by fax, and they called me today. What are the benefits of suing a collection agency?

When I said to the guy I had sent them a cease and desist letter, he asked who I was and who had died. I think he mistook desist for deceased.

Cease and Desist letter for Ontario?

Anyone? I keep finding one's written for U.S Law, and or for B.C.

It has me thinking I need to find one specifically written for Ontario law, but I can't find one.

Could someone point me in the direction of a cease and desisit letter for Ontario?

TPTplayer I had the angry guy call me...Anish guy or Amish something like that...very unprofessional...swears at you and everything, I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the manager, but I hardly doubt managers can talk like that... and when my boyfriend and I called to get his id number the person we talked too, said he was on the phone with the manager...so he's a total liar! I havent heard from them since they said they were going to take me to court and that was like 3 weeks ago now.....

what i do to creditors is tell them - Im aware of the situation and i will be logging the calls from this moment on and im giving you notice to stop calling. If you continue to call I will seek legal action against you for harassment. That always seems to do the trick for me anyway

I think my account got bumped up. I now have a very angry sounding fella calling, instead of the angry lady.
