Hard money lenders are the best loan providers for those who have bad or poor credit. Hard money lenders are providing hard money loan based on borrower's property. There is no require of credit score and income information.

best thing to do Nessie, is contact the people / companies you owe money to.... tell them the situation ... tell them you aren't able to pay at the moment... they should understand that you shouldn't go into debt further to pay off exisitng bills/debt payments...

I wasn't trying to put you down... i was just giving you the truth as TJ brooks has indicated....

Creditors will lend to people who show ability to repay

There is no private lender other then family or friend who will give you money without collateral.
Bank won't touch you...finance company might depending on your income.
All thats left is a loan shark......

If you can not work out a lower payment plan with the existing debtors and are sure you want to take a loan then my suggestion would be Citi Financial. I dealt with them for years...yes they charge alot but they are reasonable when a problem arises.
What kind of debt is it...how old and when did you last make a payment...pls be specific.

I realize that you are all here to tell the truth. Unfortunetly I understand that if I am accepted by a private lender I will pay an outrageous amount for interest, however I can pay that right now, I just don't have the amount to pay/per mth that the companies I am in debt with are asking for. The loan amount would be 8000.00 for three years, possibly two.

Monty was not putting you down, he was just telling the truth.
It will be very difficult for you if not impossible to get a reasonable loan.
Yes there is the outrages Payday route and also finance companies like Citi Financial with their 29 percent interest rate.
We all understand that sometimes we all have gotten in a bind, but we are not here to lie and have you believe there is an easy out.
Alot will depend on the amount of the bills and what kind.
But the simple answer is even if you do get a loan....you will pay dearly.

Unless you can pay it quickly it would cost 2 1/2 to 3 times the amount of the loan.

I am a high risk creditor yes. My income is stable but due to past mistakes, no I can't pay a loan outright. I've never really outsourced anyone to see if it's possible to find a legitimate private lender for this loan, I thought this site was for people to help, not put down others?

Nessie33....
It sounds as if you're a high risk creditor who is asking for a good credit loan... if you've got poor credit, that makes you a high risk... why would a lender help you if you're high risk? Unless they are payday loan company....

the best thing to do is call the lender and ask....

btw... you shouldn't be using credit to pay off debt.... that's just not right...

What are you income prospects like.... do you make enough money to pay off a loan of any sort?

Is there actual legitimate private lenders out there willing to help people who have poor credit? I am in need of an unsecured loan, with no upfront fees to pay off some bills and also to fund a couple courses/items for my profession but due to past bad decisions my credit is bad. I have been contacted by many "companies" promises to help, and even been scammed for $300 via Western Union that I borrowed from my parents mortgage payment because they said I would get the loan right away! Need help A.S.A.P
