hello there Belinda,

i have read your post and found out that you have gone through a lot with your financial state. worst is that you went into bankruptcy..

how is it going now? are you still going through the same problem?
it has been months that you have not posted any updates about your problem.. did someone helped you overcome the situation your were in before or you just ignore and wait for anything to come put?

hope to hear from you..

File a dispute with the credit bureaus indicating the creditor doesn't even have a record of your file and thus you are don't know how or to whom to pay it.

I did that and they said they can not do anything and I would have to contact Well Fargo. Even Well Fargo, they can not tell me where to go to get this settled. Wells Fargo has nothing and yet it is still showing up. I sent transunion and exqufax showing they where liste but they have done nothing. Still if anyone has a saloution please reply.
Thanks
Belinda

I would go and talk to the trustee that did your bankruptcy.

Postby Belinda » Tue Nov 24, 2009 02:40:09 PM

I filed bankrupcy in 2007 I was dicharged Dec. 2007. In my bankrupcy I named all my outstaning debts like you have to do.
When I tryed to renew our mortage the told me that there was still an outstanding debt weel fargo. they where listed in my bankruptcy but also show that I still had outstanding money owing. I tryed for days to talk to anyone at wells Fargo and they said the sold it to a collection angency. To this day I still can not get this cleared up.
Can anyone help.
Thanks Bin
