Infact it is illegal for them to contact you if you have previously advised them to not contact you anymore. Advise them that you consider these calls harrassing in nature and if they continue, you will contact you local police department.

Remember, if you signed or entered into a contract of some sort you are legally bound to contract (you will have to make the payment).

If you have never agreed to or signed a contract (Impark parking tickets), then you are not legally obligated to make payment.
