Thanks for that link but that law firm claims that they are "lawyers" and not a collection agency and don't have to abide by the rules and regulations of collection agencies.

Does anyone know if they have to abide by the Collection Agencies Act?

Does anyone know if Paul Kupfersteins & Associates have to follow the Collection Agencies act of Ontario or not since they are a law firm?
