How can i reach them i don't have a number, i really need my license and need to talk them down

I have never made a payment the debt is roughly 3years old going by the last date of my car insurence. I have just gone back to school so I'm taking some money to pay off my license because with a kid it's hard to do without a car. I have never had enough money to pay off the loan My boyfriend has been making very minimal money over a year our rent is $7200 we spend about $500 a month on food. $400 on gas for his pickup for work (he requires the truck for his job so a smaller vehicle is not optional) and we never buy any extras. We own our pickup outright and it's very old so there are sometimes repairs on it as well. I have also tryed to work out payments monthly but they won't do it.
