There are good things here that should help you out.

If you have proof (receipt) that the MasterCard has been paid off, you should contact Equifax to clear it up, (I can help with that) but that is bringing your score down and needs to be fixed.

As for the Rogers bill...any way to fix that or call them to settle the debt? It shows on the bureau and this is bringing your score down.

Good news:
Capital one in good standing
HomeTrust card is in good standing.
Good paying job (question would be how long and no probation) makes it very good.

Overall, your score is low but with the downpayment you are going to use (15 - 20%) this is a big plus. It minimizes the risk for the bank or other lender that would be willing to give you the mortgage.

One other factor to remember is to have about 2% for closing costs. These would be for legal fees, appraisal (maybe), land transfer tax or other small costs.

If you need help give me a call at 1 866 718 8366 and we can see what we can do. We deal with a variety of lenders and there are a few that would be willing to look at this.

Thanks

You'll have a tough time getting a conventional mortgage with your credit score. I'd suggest contacting Spectrum Canada who deal with arranging mortgages for those with credit problems. They certainly helped us out when we were looking to refinance our mortgage and the banks wouldn't help. You may pay a higher rate than what banks are offering but down the road if you keep your credit clean you should be able to get lower interest when your mortgage is up for renewal. Check them out online

What province do you live in? You should deal with a mortgage agent in your area.

If you are in MB, you are in luck there is a good guy that posts on here I'm sure can help. I think his name is Matt.
