I looked and then saw below where Enchantress Hosiery put somebody into collections with Canadian Bonded Credit

The ombudsman is sometimes paid for by the company he/she works for, however, as a mediator they can be a valuable service.

Example.. Bank of Montreal has its own ombudsman. As well, the banking industry has their outside ombudsmen. The BMO ombudsman's salary is paid for by the bank. The outside industry ombudsman isn't directly paid for by the bank.
