They are a real company, but they are one that most certainly does not understand, or play by, the rules.

You have the right to ask that they mail it. You cannot be forced to provide an email address. Send them a registered letter requesting it by mail, then refuse to talk to them until it is provided.

Suggest she speak to her boss. Remind her that her company is currently facing at least one lawsuit this kind of misbehaviour and she should ask the boss how to proceed.

You do have the right to receive this information you have asked for. You should now begin recording the conversations and asking for the verification by "verifiable" means (ie email, fax, registered mail). Once you have done so, they cannot legally contact you until they have sent it.

can somebody please tell me who the hell these people are that keep calling my house and telling me i owe them money??? They have to be the most rude agents i have ever talked to.Are they even a real company. I told them I wanted dtuff sent to my house in the mail and she starting yelling at me telling that I was wasting her time and i should just have it emailed, i told i wasnt comfortable giving money to a company i didnt know and send stuff in the mail( I never did get it)
