Product Name Product Description
Personal Bankruptcy The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act provides an option to bankruptcy. A consumer proposal, basing it on your situation, can be completed to your creditors. You can inquire the creditors to lessen the amounts you owe with them or ask for more time to pay off the amounts due. A consumer proposal has to be completed to all chosen and unsecured creditors. However, it does not change the privileges of the secured creditors.

The terms of the proposal should be accomplished with five years and have to give the creditors at least what they would be paid in a bankruptcy. The consumer proposal is intended at those individuals who do not have a lot of debts or difficult cases of financial affairs.
